PHA Contact Info

If you have concerns or issues about your unit or building, you should contact your property owner or manager and follow their procedures for reporting emergency and non-emergency problems or requesting repairs. If you have not received a response from the property owner or manager after following up on your request or report, you can contact LOMOD's Resident Hotline for assistance. 

LOMOD can be reached at: 1 (877) 240-4904 Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

When contacting LOMOD’s Resident Hotline, be sure to provide your name, address, unit number, and a call back number. This information is important because we may need to contact you to get more information on your concern or to follow up with you. Leaving an anonymous complaint will not allow us to follow up on the complaint.
