CARES Act Supplemental Payments – Round V

On October 31, 2022 HUD released Notice H 2022-06 – Continued Availability of Funds for COVID-19 Supplemental Payments for Properties Receiving Project-Based Rental Assistance under the Section 8, Section 202, or Section 811 Program.

This notice:

• Provides details on how to request additional funds under the COVID-19 Supplemental Payments (CSP) for expenses incurred through January 31, 2023; and
• Clarifies eligible expenses.

COVID-19 Supplemental Payment (CSP) request form, HUD CSP Request form 52671-E is currently being updated and is expected to be posted to HUDCLIPS at least 30 days prior to the deadline.

HUD is requiring all forms, including required documentation, be submitted to electronically.
