Infection rates – For Tier II submissions, you may need to document an infection rate in the surrounding county exceeding 1,000 confirmed cases per 100,000 population on or prior to November 30,2020.
Attached are screen shots of the CDC with the number of cases per county. This date range of the data is from November 26-December 2, 2020.
