Annual Adjustment Factor – AAF

For increase to the Reserve for Replacement Account, metropolitan factor of the AAF chart should be applied.

Per Section IV. of the most recent Federal Register Notice, Staff/PBCAs should use the most precise factor that is available, i.e. the factor for the Metropolitan Component Area.
