Electronic Signature, Transmission, and Storage Revised Notice Issued

HUD has issued HUD Notice 2020-10: Updated Information on Electronic Signature, Transmission and Storage.

This notice replaces HUD Notice 2020-04, which is now obsolete.

H 2020-10 updated the following sections:

• Section II.A – Added another Multifamily Housing program; and

Section VII.B.5 – Revised the language regarding Independent Public Auditors.
