HUD MF Extends HOTMA Compliance Date

HUD has extended the compliance date for HOTMA until July 2025. The TRACS update which is necessary to fully implement certain parts of HOTMA is not complete. PIH has the same issue, in as much as its HIP system is not ready for HOTMA either and HUD has recently emailed PHAs to let them know that an extension was coming and we anticipate PIH will also select the July date.
